Spontaneously I always say 7 without having a precise explanation, it’s an intuition this number … and I like to reconnect to intuition in this world a little too tangible!
The inescapable color :
I’d say green, in all its forms, emerald green, grass green, khaki green … a strong color, I don’t really like “muted” colors

One movie to watch over and over again :
OMG so many … Paris Texas by Wim Wenders, that red sweater, Anastasia Kinsky ! But also one of my favorite romantic comedies that I’ve just seen again and that hasn’t aged a bit ” Pretty Woman “, the radiant beauty of Julia Roberts is incomparable … AND a good old Tarantino that you can watch and listen to like a soundtrack, I think I know the lines by heart … “Z is dead baby, Z is dead …” !!!

A cocktail: gin and tonic, but be careful with a Bombay Sapphire!

Food for thought – share a recipe :
My signature recipe, as I call it: chestnut cake. 1 tin of chestnut purée, 1 egg, 80 grams of salted butter, a tablespoon of flour, mix together and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Virtually unstoppable, and a perfect accompaniment to vanilla ice cream and homemade chantilly!
