Food for thought – share a recipe : Amber Walnut 

– Break the dried walnuts from the shells; Fry the walnuts in the pan, without oil; Fry the rock sugartilit until it turns into a syrup, wait until its colour turns from white to amber; Turn off the stove, put the fried walnuts into the syrup, stir the walnuts and the syrup together; Leave chilled, and put them into sealed cans = The best snack for when having a headache of thinking !
